As I wrap up another season of The Empowered Millennials, I want to leave you with one simple message: Have a Cougar Summer.
Now, this episode isn't really about younger men or women. It's about freedom. It's about getting to a place in life where I'm financially secure, emotionally grounded, and confident enough to stop making decisions from fear, scarcity, or the pressure to make everything last forever. This chapter of life feels lighter, more fun, and more aligned than ever before. When you know who you are, what you want, and what you're no longer willing to tolerate, you can finally enjoy people and experiences for what they are, not what you hope they'll become.
